All parents wonder,"What is my baby trying to say?"

Wouldn't it be wonderful if your baby or toddler could tell you exactly what she was thinking?  What
if she could tell you if she was
tired, hungry, wet, excited or saw a dog playing at the park?  What if
you could understand all of your baby's needs and your baby could feel understood?

Well, all of this is possible, right now, with sign language.
Welcome!
Babies try to communicate by babbling and grunting.  When they are not understood they become
frustrated and cry.
Speech is difficult.
Signing is easy.

Sign language uses natural hand and body movements to express words and concepts. If your baby
waves bye-bye, points, claps and plays peek-a-boo, he can learn to express himself clearly and
easily with sign language.

Sign Language is not only for pre-verbal babies...
Children of
all ages and abilities love and benefit from signing!

Young children are like sponges just waiting to soak up new knowledge and skills.  What if you could
strengthen your little one's language and literacy skills by teaching him a new language that is easy and
fun for everyone to learn? Now you can, with sign language.

Sign Along classes use age-appropriate games, songs, books, crafts and toys to teach babies and
young children (ages 6 months- 5 years) American Sign Language.  Teacher Workshops and Private
Classes are also offered.

Sign Along recently added 2
new classes for toddlers: Itty Bitty Book Club and Sticky Fingers Art
Class. Now your child can explore the world of art and develop a love of reading  while learning
some sign language, too!
